1. The First Contact

It all starts with your inquiry. Once we receive your message, we’ll get back to you with details about availability, collections, and what each package includes. If everything feels right, we’ll set up a call or video chat to get to know you, learn about your vision, and answer any questions.

2. Booking & Contract

When you’re ready to reserve your date, we’ll send over a digital contract and deposit request to secure your wedding day. Once this step is complete, your date is officially locked in — we’re yours!

3. Engagement Session (Optional but Recommended)

An engagement session is the perfect way to get comfortable in front of the camera and connect with us before the big day. It also helps us learn your natural chemistry, so your wedding photos feel even more authentic and effortless.

4. Planning the Details

A few weeks before your wedding, we’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to gather all the important information — your schedule, locations, family photo lists, and any special moments you’d like us to focus on. We can also schedule a final call to go over the timeline and make sure everything flows smoothly.

5. Your Wedding Day

On your wedding day, we’ll arrive early and ready to capture every moment — from the quiet anticipation of getting ready to the joy of your celebration. Our approach is relaxed and documentary-style, allowing genuine emotions and real moments to unfold naturally.

6. Gallery Delivery

Within 6–8 weeks (depending on the season), you’ll receive your full online gallery with all edited, high-resolution images. You can download, share, and relive every moment. We’ll also provide options for printed albums and heirloom keepsakes to preserve your story beautifully.
